Excellent Hunting and Recreation Tract. It has a mixture of natural pine and hardwood. With over 2000 feet of frontage on Clark’s Creek, this tract has great hunting, from whitetail deer and turkey to ducks and hogs. It is very secluded in the northwest section of Wilkes County, Georgia, between Tignall and Rayle. Good growing pine and hardwood on the uplands. This tract is accessed across the fields of an adjoining landowner. Refer to the plat for exact dimentions on the tract. The Wilkes County tax map is incorrect.
Aerial Photo is an approximation. Plat has correct acreage.
