Great news for timber markets. Georgia Pacific and Canfor have just announced new and expanded mill operations in Warrenton and Washington, Georgia. We are excited about how this will benefit our client landowners. The combined production output will be over 600 million board feet of lumber. This is an encouraging sign for the economy in general and for our local wood market. America is building again. Both facilities are scheduled to open in 2019. The press releases are below:
